紫果西番莲炭疽病病原菌鉴定及生物学特性研究
【目的】对紫果西番莲叶片炭疽病病原X-03进行分离鉴定,并对其生物学特性和杀菌剂对X-03的抑制作用进行研究。【方法】采用形态观察与分子生物学相结合的方法。【结果】X-03为刺盘孢属(Colletotrichum sp.)真菌,它的最适生长温度为15~20℃,最适生长p H为p H 8~9,当温度高于50℃时X-03菌株的孢子不能萌发。X-03生长最适培养基为PDA,最适碳源和氮源分别为葡萄糖和Na NO3。供试的杀菌剂中以福美双对X-03的抑制效果最好。【结论】研究可为紫果西番莲炭疽病的防治提供理论依据。...

| Abstract_FL | [Objective] The pathogen (X-03) of plant anthracnosis was identified from Passiflora edulis,and it's biological characteristics and inhibition effect of four fungicides on X-03 were investigated.[Method] Morphologic observation combined with molecular biological techniques were employed in the paper.[Result] The results showed that X-03 belonged to genus Colletotrichum,and the optimal growth condition for this fungus was 15-20 ℃ and pH 8-9,while the spores could not germinate when the temperature over 50 ℃.The most suitable medium was PDA for X-03,and the optimal C and N sources were glucose and NaNO3,respectively.The inhibitory effect of Thiram on X03 was more obvious than other tested germicides.[Conclusion] This study could provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of anthracnose of Passiflora edulis. |
