水中通氧对狐尾藻生长及镉吸附的影响

Compared the Myriophyllum growth in the water containing different concentrations of cadmium by the oxygen and without oxygen treatment,studied the Myriophyllum adsorption capacity of cadmium and its bioaccumulation factor of cadmium,analyzed the root growth of Myriophyllum by WinRHIZO software. The results showed that within the two treatments the Myriophyllum could grow normally in cadmium concentration below 5 mg / L,the adsorption of cadmium was significantly increased with the increase of oxygen treatment. Leaf blight of Myriophyllum under cadmium stress when the concentration was more than 10 mg / L,and in this concentration,the oxygen treatment could accelerate the adsorption rate of cadmium. The bioaccumulation factor of Myriophyllum was variety in different cadmium concentrations,the highest value was 20 mg / L,while the oxygenated treatment could improve 13.35% of bioaccumulation factor of Myriophyllum.
