This paper analyzes the background of financial support to modern agricultural entities, summarizes the major a- chievements and existent main problems of financial support to the development of new-type agricultural entities in Jiangxi in recent years, and presents some suggestions from the following five aspects ： internal-control construction of new-type agricultural entities, level of financial support to agriculture, financing system, credit system of new-type agricultural entities, and policy measures, in order to deeply promote the financial engineering and the transformative development of modern agriculture in Jiangxi.
