盐胁迫对2种鹅耳枥幼苗生长和光合日变化的影响
应用盆栽试验研究了不同浓度Na Cl胁迫对欧洲鹅耳枥和鹅耳枥2年生幼苗生长及光合荧光日变化的影响。结果表明:1随着盐胁迫的加剧,2种鹅耳枥幼苗植株生长均出现植株瘦弱,叶片发黄萎蔫的症状,且Na Cl浓度越大盐害症状越明显;2高盐浓度(0.3%~0.5%)处理下欧洲鹅耳枥幼苗大量枯萎、死亡,且欧洲鹅耳枥幼苗存活率明显低于鹅耳枥;3欧洲鹅耳枥Pn、Gs、Tr的日变化呈现"单峰"现象,Pn、Gs在10:00左右出现最大值,之后一直下降,Tr在12:00点左右出现最大值;鹅耳枥呈现"双峰"现象,在中午出现"午休"现象;4本试验中2种鹅耳枥Pn总体变化趋势和Gs、Tr基本一致,而Ci变化规律与Pn、Gs...

| Bibliography: | 51-1213/S Effects of salt stress on the growth and their diurnal changes in photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence of two Carpinus L.seedlings were studied. The results showed that:( i) With the increase of salt stress,the growth turned weak,leaves became yellow and wilt,and this kind of symptom appeared more obviously with increase of Na Cl concentration.( ii) Under high salt concentration of 0. 3 %- 0. 5%,C. betulus became perished and death largely while its survival rate was lower than that of C. turczaninowii.( iii) The diurnal variation of Pn,Gs,Tr in C. betulus was‘single peak'phenomenon,Pn,Gshad a maximum value at ten a. m and then gradually decreased; Trhad a maximum value at twelve a. m; C. turczaninowii was‘Twin peaks' and had‘noon break'phenomenon;( iv) both kinds of Carpinus performed basic consistent in change trend while the variation of Ciwith Pn,Gsand Trwere negatively correlated,which meaned that the cause for decreasing of net photosynthetic rate was non. stomatal factors,but the declin |
