怀乡鸡新品系产蛋性能评估及其性状间的相关分析

【目的】了解怀乡鸡新品系产蛋性能及其产蛋性状间的相关性,为怀乡鸡的品种资源保护利用及产业开发提供科学依据。【方法】以怀乡鸡A（小体型）、B（大体型）和C（颈部有圈浅黄色羽毛）3个品系的18周龄种鸡为研究对象,评估从开产到62周龄的产蛋性能,并分析其产蛋性状间的相关性。【结果】怀乡鸡C品系开产日龄显著晚于怀乡鸡A、B品系（P〈0.05,下同）;A、B和C品系的43周龄累计产蛋量分别为84.8、91.1和90.4枚,62周龄累计产蛋量分别为146.2、152.1和153.5枚。怀乡鸡A、B和C 3个品系前期产蛋趋势基本一致,均在开产后第12或13周达产蛋高峰;A品系最高产蛋率出现在34周龄,达70...

Summary:【目的】了解怀乡鸡新品系产蛋性能及其产蛋性状间的相关性,为怀乡鸡的品种资源保护利用及产业开发提供科学依据。【方法】以怀乡鸡A（小体型）、B（大体型）和C（颈部有圈浅黄色羽毛）3个品系的18周龄种鸡为研究对象,评估从开产到62周龄的产蛋性能,并分析其产蛋性状间的相关性。【结果】怀乡鸡C品系开产日龄显著晚于怀乡鸡A、B品系（P〈0.05,下同）;A、B和C品系的43周龄累计产蛋量分别为84.8、91.1和90.4枚,62周龄累计产蛋量分别为146.2、152.1和153.5枚。怀乡鸡A、B和C 3个品系前期产蛋趋势基本一致,均在开产后第12或13周达产蛋高峰;A品系最高产蛋率出现在34周龄,达70.50%;B品系出现在33周龄,达77.00%;C品系出现在34周龄,达79.14%。产蛋性状间的相关性分析结果表明,开产日龄与43周龄累计产蛋量呈显著负相关,与开产第2、3个月产蛋量呈极显著负相关（P〈0.01,下同）,与62周龄累计产蛋量呈显著正相关;43周龄累计产蛋量与开产第2、3、4、5、6个月产蛋量呈极显著或显著正相关。【结论】怀乡鸡新品系产蛋性能尚有较大的选育改良空间,在其选育过程中除了要选择适当的开产日龄外,还要综合参考43周龄和62周龄累计产蛋量指标,进一步提高目标性状选育效率,缩短选育周期,加快选育进程。

Objective】The egg-laying performance of new Huaixiang chicken lines and the correlation of its laying traits were evaluated and analyzed in order to provide scientific basis for improving variety resources conservation and utilization and industry development of Huaixiang chicken. 【Method】Three Huaixiang chicken lines as A, B and C at 18-week age were taken as experimental materials to evaluate their egg-laying performances from at first egg to 62-week age and analyze the correlation of egg-laying traits. 【Result】The age at first gee of Huaixiang chicken line C was significant later than that of line A and B（P〈0.05,the same below）. Total egg number of line A, B and C at 43-week age were 84.8, 91.1 and 90.4, respectively, and 146.2, 152.1 and 153.5 at 62-week age, respectively.
