普通菜豆14-3-3蛋白基因PvGF14h的克隆及冷胁迫诱导表达分析

Bioinformatics analysis indicated that the protein encoded by Pv GF14 h was characterized with alpha-helix predominant structure, typical 14-3-3 domain, phosphorylation sites,and localized at cytoplasm and peroxisome. Sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis showed that Pv GF14 h had the highest homology with SGF14 h from soybean, and the identity was up to 98.1%. Furthermore, real-time PCR analysis was conducted to examine its expression pattern in response to cold stress. The result showed that the transcriptional level was promoted by cold treatment, suggesting that Pv GF14 h might be involved in the signaling transduction during cold stress.  |
