碳纤维增强氯丁橡胶复合材料的制备及性能

Carbon fiber ( CF )/chloroprene rubber (CR) composites were prepared with CF as reinforcer, CR as matrix, and silane coupling agent as compatilizer. The effects of CF content, coupling agent kind and content, curing conditions on properties of CF/CR composites before and after heat aging were studied, and the structure of the composites was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR). The results showed that the optimum formula to prepare the composites were: CR 100 phr, CF 12 phr, and silane coupling agent KH 550 2. 5 phr; the best curing condition was 175 ℃ × 12 MPa × 30 min.
