5个木薯品种对低温胁迫的响应及其抗寒性评价

This article carried out the research on the cold resistance of five popularized cassava varieties including SC5,SC8,SC9, SC205 and GRgll. Basing on the related physiological indexes, the cold resistance of these varieties had been evaluated with the subordinate function under simulated cold stress conditions by combining with the observation in the field. The results showed that GR911 had the highest cold resistance in these varieties, and SC9 had the worst. According to the correlation analysis, electrical conductivity, MDA content, and POD activity were the better evaluated index for the cold hardiness assessment, Furthermore, the article supposed that the second to fourth days during the happening of cold stress was the critical time for protecting cassava from the freezing di
