芦笋种子发芽率、发芽势测定及多胚现象观察

The tests for the germination rate and germination potential of new seeds of Asparagus officinalis L. variety JK701 were conducted. It was found that the number of germinative seeds increased rapidly at first and then decreased slowly during the whole germination, and the germinative peak period was from the fourth day to the sixth day after the beginning of germination. It was ascertained that the statistical time for the germination potential and germination rate was 6 d and 18 d respectively. Based on these, the germination rate and germination potential of JKT01 seeds were calculated, and they were 91.23% and 74, 27% , sepa- rately. Meanwhile, the polyembryony of JK701 seeds was found, and the occurrence rate of their polyembryonic seedlings reached 0.87%.
