除草剂氯嘧磺隆对6种土壤酶活性影响研究

通过实验室培养试验,研究了不同浓度的氯嘧磺隆对6种土壤酶活性的影响,结果表明:低浓度处理(5、10μg/kg干土)能在短期内激活土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶、酸性磷酸酶的活性,抑制蔗糖酶和脱氢酶的活性,但这种激活或抑制作用很快可以恢复;高浓度处理(20、50μg/kg干土)短期内抑制脱氢酶的活性,之后表现为强烈的激活作用,对其他5种酶都表现为抑制作用,这些激活和抑制作用的程度与氯嘧磺隆的浓度呈正相关。低浓度氯嘧磺隆对各种酶的影响小,试验后期基本能恢复到对照水平,高浓度处理后土壤酶活性则不太容易恢复。...

A series of incubation experiments in lab were conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of herbicide Chlorimuron-ethyl on the activities of 6 kinds of enzymes in soil .The results indicated that the treatments with low concentration (5, 10 μg/kg dry soil) of Chlorimuron-ethyl could inhibit the activities of saccharase and dehydrogenase , and activate the activities of urease , catalase and acid phosphatase in soil within a short time , but these effects would disappear rapidly .The treatments with high concentration (20, 50 μg/kg dry soil) of Chlorimuron-ethyl could inhibit the activity of dehydrogenase at first and then strongly activate its activity , and these treatments also could inh
