氮肥用量与追氮时期对泰山9818生理指标及品质的影响
以大穗型小麦品种泰山9818为材料,研究了氮肥用量与追氮时期对高产、大穗型小麦品种泰山9818生理指标和品质的影响,结果表明:合理的氮肥用量及氮肥后移技术可使小麦群体叶面积指数下降幅度减小、维持较高灌浆速率、灌浆时间相对延长,株高、穗粒数、千粒重等产量性状得到不同程度的增加,以及蛋白质含量、吸水率、湿面筋含量等也得到了提高;不同处理间的面团稳定时间变异最大,其次为面团形成时间,这表明不同氮肥处理对这些指标影响较大,而沉降值和吸水率变异系数最小,湿面筋变异系数均较小且差异不大。...

| Bibliography: | 36-1124/S The high-yielding and large-spike wheat variety Taishan 9818 was used to study the effects of nitrogen application rate and topdressing date on the physiological indexes and quality of wheat.The results showed that applying nitrogen fertilizer at the reasonable rate and delaying its application could decrease the decline range of wheat population leaf area index,maintain a high grain filling rate,prolong grain filling time relatively,increase plant height,grain number per spike,1000-grain weight etc.to a certain extent,and enhance protein content,water absorption rate and wet gluten content.Among different nitrogen application treatments,the variation in dough stable time was maximal,followed by that in dough formation time,indicating that different nitrogen fertilizer treatments had great influences on these indexes.The coefficients of variation of sedimentation value and water absorption rate were the smallest,and that of wet gluten content was low and not obviously different.
