5个茶花新品种的耐热性分析

Abstract_FL In order to evaluate the heat tolerance of new camellia varieties which were seldom bred and used in China , the au-thor investigated the heat tolerance of five camellia cultivars by measuring their semi -lethal temperature and physiological and bio-chemical indexes through statistical analyses with SPSS software .The results indicated that there were significant differences in both semi-lethal temperature and physiological and biochemical measurements among these five cultivars .The heat tolerance of five ca-mellia cultivars could be effectively evaluated by the combined application of morphological indexes and physiological indexes , and the systematical clustering analysis of physiological index measurements could further explain the differences in heat tolerance among various varieties.Cultivar “Chuizhifenyu” had the strongest heat tolerance , and its semi -lethal temperature was (64.90 ± 2.99)℃.After being stressed by indoor high temperature (40~45℃) for two days, the damaged rate of leaves of “Chuizhifenyu”was only 1.10%.
