纤维增强弹性体基复合材料的有限元模拟分析

采用Pro/Engineer和ANSYS软件,对以芳纶1414为纤维增强相、丁腈橡胶为基体组成的纤维增强弹性体基复合材料进行有限元模拟分析,在考虑经纱与纬纱间摩擦接触的条件下,建立机织复合材料三维细观有限元模型,研究了复合材料的细观应力分布,并分析了纤维束纱线倾角、经纱与纬纱间摩擦系数等对复合材料细观力学性能的影响.结果表明,经纱与纬纱接触界面存在明显的应力集中现象,模型的模拟结果与实际情况吻合良好;随着纱线倾角的增加,应力集中现象趋于严重,纱线的强度保持率下降,材料的力学性能降低....

The finite element simulation analysis of the fiber reinforced elastomer matrix composites was conducted with polypphenylene terephthamide as the reinforcer and nitrile rubber as the matrix by using Pro/Engineer and ANSYS software. A three dimensional mesoscopic finite element model of wov en composites was established under the condition of considering the friction contact between warp and weft. The effects of mesoscopic stress distribution of composites, yarn dip angle, the friction coefficient between warp and weft on the mesoscopic mechani cal properties of composites were analyzed.
