阴雨霜冻条件下的甘蔗耐寒评价分析
为了解阴雨霜冻条件下甘蔗性状变化特点及评价品种的耐寒性,选用国内外35个甘蔗品种(系)在广西霜冻常发区资源县开展了评价试验。结果表明,阴雨霜冻甘蔗的受害表现不同于干旱霜冻,在低于0℃的积温仅为干旱霜冻1/3左右的条件下,叶片受害最重,基部蔗茎中度受害,梢部蔗茎受害较轻。相关分析发现阴雨霜冻性状仅与出苗率、甘蔗锤度和绿叶数等少数前期性状存在相关性,且相关系数低;梢部茎长冻损率与绿叶百分率、基部节间冻损率不存在相关性。进一步分析发现选用基部节间冻损率、+1~+4叶绿叶百分率进行阴雨霜冻耐寒性评价较为适宜。聚类分类后的耐寒性评价表明:在南亚热带和热带选育的甘蔗品种,未经过耐寒性鉴定;选用耐寒亲本,选...
