生防菌株白g1在香蕉体内的定殖动态及其促生效果

为了解生防菌株白gl在香蕉体内、根表和根际土壤中的的定殖动态,采用浓度梯度诱导法,获得抗利福平300μg/mL且能稳定生长的白gl标记菌株。通过小区试验,研究分析了该菌株在香蕉植株体内的定殖动态及对香蕉苗生长特性的影响。结果表明:该菌株在香蕉植株体内有较好的定殖能力,在香蕉植株根部、球茎和假茎的定殖量先增长后缓慢下降;接种后60d,分别维持在1.23×102、0.91×102,0.24×102CFU/g。根部土壤和根表中标记菌逐渐下降,接种后60d维持在1.29×102、1.13×102CFU/g。盆栽试验和小区试验表明.该菌对香蕉苗都有明艘的促生作用,显著提高了香蕉苗的株高、鲜重和茎粗。...

In order to investigate the colonization dynamics of biocontrol strain bai-gl (PaenibaciUus sp.) in banana plant, root surface and rhizosphere soil. The marked strain bai-gl with resistance to rifampicin 300μg/mL was obtained by resistance selection for enhancing the inducing concentration of antibiotic gradually. Through the cell experiment, colonizing dynamics of the strain in banana plant were researched and analyzed. Meanwhile, the growth-promoting effect was also analyzed. The results showed that the strain displayed good colonization in the banana plant, the amount of its colonization in banana plant root, corm and cauloid showed a trend first increasing then decreasing slowly. 60 d 'after inoculation, the marked strain
