甘蔗种质资源材料抗螟虫性研究与评价

采用螟虫自然侵染的方法,对857份甘蔗种质资源材料抗螟性进行分析。结果发现,包括泰糖1号、崖城57-423在内的64份材料在苗期表现较高的抗螟虫性,包括泰糖1号、崖城75-423、NCO376在内的93份材料在中后期对螟虫具有较高的抗虫性。甘蔗种质资源材料的抗螟虫性也非一成不变,有些材料的抗螟虫性可不受栽培植期或发育阶段的影响,另一些材料则可因栽培植期或发育阶段不同而变化。同时还从叶片形态、蔗茎表皮硬度和解剖结构特性以及植株组织中次生代谢物质的变化等现象,对甘蔗抗螟性机制进行探讨。...

The resistance ratings of 857 clones to borers(dominant species: Chilo infuscatellus Snellen) has been conducted under natural infestation.64 clones such as Uthong1 in seeding stage and 93 clones such as YC75-423 in mid-later stage are recognized as resistant.In the process,it was discovered that the resistant clones fall into three categories on the basis of consistency: The resistance is consistent during different development stages and cropping seasons;The resistance changes with development stages;and resistance differs in cropping seasons.Also studied in this paper are mechanisms of sugarcane resistance to borers in leaf morphology,cane epidermic hardness and its anatomy.
