Abstract_FL The accuracy and reliability of ultrasonic sensors and ultrasonic partial discharge ( PD) detection device is vital to the detection and protection of electric equipment safety.Therefore, it is necessary to test the effectiveness of ultrasonic PD detection device.This paper analyzes the design scheme of detection and calibration system for the de-vice, builds the system structure based on PCI bus industrial computer, and studies the realization methods of ultra-sonic testing platform, PD ultrasonic simulation module and ultrasonic signal acquisition module.The result is instruc-tive to the performance testing and calibration of ultrasonic PD detection device, and has reference value to the devel-opment of related systems.
