水氮耦合对烤烟农艺性状和干物质积累与分配的影响

【目的】研究不同灌溉和施氮耦合对烟草的干物质积累和分配的影响。【方法】在烤烟旺长期采用不同灌溉(正常灌水和干旱胁迫)和施肥(低氮、中氮和高氮)组合进行盆栽试验。【结果】中氮处理(615mgN/kg土)下,可促进植株干物质积累,适当干旱胁迫有利于上部叶的生长,而充足的水分有利于中下部叶的生长;在水分充足时施中氮(615mgN/kg土),或水分胁迫时施高氮(923mgN/kg土)能提高干物质在中部叶的积累;水分充足时施高氮(923mgN/kg土),可促进干物质在上部叶的积累。【结论】轻度干旱时施高氮(923mgN/kg土),或水分胁迫时施中氮(615mgN/kg土)可以提高烤烟的中上部烟叶产量。...

[Objective]The present experiment was conducted to study the effects of water-nitrogen coupling on accumulation and distribution of dry matter in flue-cured tobacco plant.[Method]Different irrigations(normal irrigation and water stress) and nitrogen fertilizer levels(low nitrogen @ 308 mg N/kg soil,medium nitrogen @ 615 mg N/kg soil and high nitrogen @ 923 mg N/kg soil) were applied in different combinations at growing stage of flue-cured tobacco cultivar K-326 using pot culture system.[Result]The results showed that,the treatment of medium nitrogen(615 mg N/kg soil) was favorable for increasing plant dry matter and growth of upper leaves in combination with little water stress,while its application with enough irrigation was good for growth of middle and lower leaves.The treatment of medium nitrogen(615 mg N/kg soil) in combination with sufficient water or higher nitrogen(923 mg N/kg soil) in combination with water stress favoured accumulation of dry matter in middle leaves,while high nitrogen(923 m
