胰岛素样生长因子2结合蛋白2基因多态性与中国西北汉族人群代谢综合征的相关性

Summary: | 目的探讨中国西北汉族人群中胰岛素样生长因子2结合蛋白2(IGF2BP2)基因多态性与代谢综合征(MS)及其表型的关系。方法采用病例-对照研究方法,随机数字表法选取2007至2008年陕西省糖尿病流行病调查数据库350例MS患者和304例非MS对照人群,应用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱技术对病例组及对照组IGF2BP2基因多态位点rs4402960、rs1470579进行基因分型。采用卡方检验比较MS组和正常对照组rs4402960、rs1470579基因型与等位基因分布频率的差异;采用Logistic回归分析rs4402960、rs1470579与MS参数个数的关系,采用线性回归分析rs4402960、rs1470579与MS组分的关系。结果基因频率分析显示,rs4402960位点的等位基因T频率在MS组及对照组分别为28.6%和27.3%,两组间差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.268,P=0.605),rs1470579位点的等位基因C频率在MS组及对照组分别为30.1%和29.3%,两组间差异亦无统计学意义(χ^2=0.117,P=0.732),研究未发现IGF2BP2基因多态性与MS有相关性。线性回归分析显示,经校正年龄、性别及体质指数、吸烟、饮酒及锻炼后,IGF2BP2基因rs4402960在隐性模型(t=2.068,P=0.040)及加性模型(t=2.144,P=0.034)下可见与收缩压的相关趋势。结论中国西北汉族人群中IGF2BP2基因多态位点rs4402960、rs1470579与MS无明显关联,但IGF2BP2基因rs4402960多态性位点的T等位基因可能与收缩压相关。 |
