顶空气相色谱法测定土壤或底泥中的八种苯系物

O65%X83; 为快速、准确监测环境土壤或底泥中苯系物的含量,建立了一种顶空气相色谱法同时测定土壤或底泥中8种苯系物的方法.采用Nukol毛细管气相色谱柱实现了各组分的良好分离,优化了色谱条件,顶空进样条件.在优化条件下,8种苯系物在13 min内能实现完全分离,在10~500 μg·kg-1浓度范围内组分含量与峰面积呈线性相关,相关系数为0.990 6~0.995 7,检出限为2μg·kg-1,回收率为94%~114%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~5.2%(n=3).结果表明,建立的顶空气相色谱法简单快速,无需有机溶剂,重现性好,回收率高,适合于土壤或底泥中苯系物的测定....
