螺栓联接结合面接触分析及试验研究
根据结合面接触分形理论,论述了共形面接触刚度分形模型。对某低速重载设备的主动轴、法兰结合面接触受力情况进行了有限元仿真分析,发现螺栓孔缘处有应力集中现象。为了验证有限元仿真分析的可靠性,避免实际使用过程中孔缘处发生局部压溃现象,对主动轴、法兰联接组件做了等效件试验,试验结果与仿真分析一致,为低速重载机械同种结构的设计提供了可靠依据。...
