塔式钻具组合对气体钻井井斜影响研究
气体钻井技术由于其具有保护储层、防止井漏和大幅度提高钻井速度等优势而被广泛应用。但在实际钻井过程中暴露出一定程度的井斜不易控制问题制约着此技术的发展。为探讨塔式钻具组合对气体钻井井斜的影响,基于塔式钻具组合在钻井时的力学受力分析,建立了塔式钻具组合在气体钻井条件下的有限元静力学模型,并通过理论计算验证了其正确性。结合川西某气井实际钻井资料,进行了塔式钻具组合的防斜效果研究,探讨了井斜效果影响因素,表明其降斜能力随着井斜角和钻压的变化而变化,使用空气锤的塔式钻具组合比使用牙轮钻头的组合有更大的降斜防斜能力,为塔式钻具组合在气体钻井中的井斜控制研究和现场施工提供了理论指导。...

Abstract_FL | Gas drilling has been widely used due to its advantages of effective formation protection, lost circulation prevention, and high penetration rate. However in the actual gas drilling process, well deviation control dififculty has restricted the development of the technology. To study the effect of tapered drillstring assembly on gas drilling well deviation, based on the stress analysis of tapered drillstring assembly in gas drilling, the ifnite element mechanics model during the gas drilling operation was established, and its correct-ness was veriifed through theoretical calculations. Combined with actual drilling data of a gas well in Western Sichuan, the deviation control effect was researched about tapered drillstring assembly, and the inlfuencing factors of well deviation were analyzed, showing that its ability would change with inclination and drilling pressure, and tapered drillstring assembly with air hammer was better than that with cone bit in deviation prevention, which provided theoretical guidance for deviation control research and ifeld operation of tapered drillstring assembly during gas drilling. |
