扩展黑启动中恢复路径充电方式分析研究
大停电后快速可靠恢复是减小停电损失的重要措施,扩展黑启动策略是电力系统恢复的一种新的思路,但其启动网络比常规的只启动一台机组的黑启动方案更为复杂,为被启动机组送电时的路径充电过电压是影响机组成功启动的重要因素之一。为了获取合理的充电方式,在分析工频过电压和操作过电压产生机理及特性的基础上,以河北南网扩展黑启动方案为例,针对三种不同的充电方式分别搭建仿真模型进行分析研究,结果表明零起升压方式具有明显的优势,为以后的扩展黑启动工业试验及研究提供有益的参考。...
