基于凝聚率和网络重构效率评价的骨架网架优化
黑启动恢复问题是大停电后系统安全防御的重要课题,确定合理的骨架网络对于快速建立输电网架和负荷的全面恢复,具有重要意义。首先,提出一种基于电气凝聚率和网络重构效率表征骨架网络优劣的方法。该方法采用节点凝聚率、线路凝聚率定量表征电网电气特性,以网络重构效率表征电网拓扑结构联系的紧密程度,并考虑电网安全运行约束,以此建立骨架网络的优化模型;在此基础上,提出基于模拟退火改进离散粒子群算法的方法以实现骨架网络重构过程的优化,获取能涵盖主要枢纽节点和关键线路的综合性能最优和次优的骨架网络。最后以新英格兰10机39节点系统为算例,验证了骨架网络优化模型的合理性与求解算法的正确性。...

| Bibliography: | Black start is important to the safety of power system. As a hinge part of black start, reasonable network reconfiguration is helpful to establish the main network and restore loads rapidly. Therefore, there is point in deciding a reasonable scheme. Firstly, electrical cohesion rate is proposed in order to represent electrical characteristics. Based on assessment of network reconfiguration arid cohesion rate, a skeleton-network reconfiguration method is proposed. The quantitatively that reflecting grid characteristics by node-condensation and line-condensation, evaluating connec- tion degree of topology structure of network itself which is linked by network reconfiguration rate and considering quali- ty of grid safety constraints. Next, skeleton network comprehensive evaluation model will be set up.
