海南菠萝心腐病菌烟草疫霉的生物学特性研究
为明确海南菠萝心腐病菌烟草疫霉的生物学特性,研究不同培养基、温度、pH值和光照对病菌菌体生长和孢子囊产生的影响.结果表明,V8汁、胡萝卜两种培养基适宜菌丝生长,而V8汁、玉米粉和番茄3种培养基适合病菌产生孢子囊,尤其是番茄琼脂培养基,可诱导病菌产生大量孢子囊.病菌在10~35℃范围内均可生长,最适温度范围是24~32℃.最适pH值为5~8,在pH值7~8稍偏碱时,菌丝生长速度最快.光照条件对菌丝生长影响不明显,但明显促进孢子囊的产生....
