海南菠萝心腐病菌烟草疫霉的生物学特性研究

为明确海南菠萝心腐病菌烟草疫霉的生物学特性,研究不同培养基、温度、pH值和光照对病菌菌体生长和孢子囊产生的影响.结果表明,V8汁、胡萝卜两种培养基适宜菌丝生长,而V8汁、玉米粉和番茄3种培养基适合病菌产生孢子囊,尤其是番茄琼脂培养基,可诱导病菌产生大量孢子囊.病菌在10~35℃范围内均可生长,最适温度范围是24~32℃.最适pH值为5~8,在pH值7~8稍偏碱时,菌丝生长速度最快.光照条件对菌丝生长影响不明显,但明显促进孢子囊的产生....

To explore the biological characteristics of Phvtophtliora nicotianae, a pathogen of heart rot of pineapple in Hainan, effects of different culture medium, temperatures, plI value and illumination on the mycelial growth and sporangium production of pathogen were studied. The results showed that V8 juices and carrot culture medium were suitable for mycelial growth, and V8 juices, corn and tomato culture medium were suitable for sporangium production, especially massive sporangium could be inducted in tomato culture medium.
