自动化检定流水线现场校验系统的设计与实现
针对目前实际应用的用电信息采集终端自动化检定流水线,文中依据自动化检定系统技术规范,提出了自动化检定流水线现场校验系统的设计方案,研制了符合要求的校验误差及耐压设备,设计了配套的表位误差一致性标准设备和故障模拟装置,开发了用于该测试系统的控制软件。建立了校验数据分析模型,基于GUM算法给出了测试结果的测量不确定度分析过程。实验结果表明校验系统能够准确校验自动化检定流水线的电能参数,确保检测结果的多路输出一致性,考核整套自动化检定流水线的可靠性、准确性。...

| Bibliography: | In view of the present practical application of the automatic verification pipeline for electric energy information acquisition terminal, it studied the site calibration technology of automatic verification pipeline according to the system specification, put forward the design scheme of the calibration device, developed the standard equipment for calibrating error and pressure, designed the matching table error uniformity standard equipment and fault simulator, and developed automatic test software used in the test system. The analysis model for calibration data was set up. The analytic process of uncertainty in measurement for auto-measuring result based on GUM algorithm was specified. The results and tests show the power parameter of automatic verification pipeline can be accurately checked by the calibration system, and consistency of multi-leaving can be ensured.
