高效液相色谱法测定罗非鱼鱼苗和不同来源罗非鱼中甲基睾丸酮残留

High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was used to detect the tilapia fries which was fed feed adding with different concentrations of methyltestosterone(MET) and adult tilapias which were taken randomly and the tracking feed of adult tilapias.The newly hatched tilapia fries were fed with feed adding different concentration of MET.After feeding for 30 days,the body MET residue was detected using HPLC method,and then continuing to feed feed without MET,30 days later,detected MET residues again.From the different aquatic products wholesale markets,farmers markets,major Tilapia breeding bases in Guangdong,adult tilapia fishes were randomly selected,while tilapia feeds were randomly selected following the major tilapia breeding bases.Detected the MET residues.The results showed,feeding tilapia fry for 30 days,MET residues were not detected in the controlled group,but were detected in the group
