滇重楼根茎有效成分与土壤钾状况的关系研究

The effect of potassium availability in soil on the accumulation of the secondary metabolites of Paris polyphyUa vat. ymmanensis grown in different sites was studied, and the reasons for the variability of content of active constituents with sites in rhizome were discussed. Plants and soils were surveyed in 25 county, 75 sampling 3 sites. Total and available potassium in rhizosphere soil sampleg and total sapo- nins, polysaccharide and potassium in rhizome samples were analyzed. Regression analysis was used to study relationships between soil po- tassium availability and active constituents in rhizome. The available K and tatal K in rhizesphere soil were significantly correlated with sapo- nins content in rhizome ( P 〈 0.01 ), and remarkably correlated with polysaccharide in rhizome ( P 〈 0.05 ).
