应用正交试验设计优选番木瓜组培苗生根培养基研究

【目的】研究培养基及其不同成分对番木瓜组培苗生根诱导的效果,为番木瓜组培快繁提供依据。【方法】以台农一号番木瓜侧芽组培第8代继代苗为材料,接种到含不同基本培养基配比、不同IBA、NAA、活性炭(AC)浓度的生根培养基上进行生根培养,采用L(934)正交试验设计优选生根培养基。【结果】在MS、1/2MS和3/2MS培养基中诱导的番木瓜组培苗生根率存在显著差异,诱导效果表现为MS〉1/2MS〉3/2MS;不同IBA浓度对番木瓜生根率影响效果表现以2.0mg/LIBA〉2.5mg/LIBA〉IBA1.0mg/LIBA,以2.0~2.5mg/L为宜;不同NAA浓度对番木瓜生根的诱导作用表现为0.05m...
