桉树皮作铁皮石斛栽培基质的适应性研究

利用不同腐熟处理的桉树皮为主的单一基质及与珍珠岩、泥炭等按不同比例配制成的混合基质材料,并以松树皮为对照基质进行铁皮石斛的盆栽试验,探讨不同堆沤处理的桉树皮作为铁皮石斛栽培基质的适应性。结果表明:经过堆沤处理的含桉树皮基质的栽培效果均比自然风干的桉树皮基质好,其中以化学生物方法联用发酵桉树皮基质的栽培效果较好;12种含桉树皮基质在铁皮石斛上的栽培效果以化学生物方法联用发酵桉树皮与珍珠岩、泥炭的体积比为2∶1∶1的混合基质为最好,而且明显优于松树皮基质;其他11种含有桉树皮的基质均适合做铁皮石斛的栽培基质。说明桉树皮可以部分或全部代替松树皮做为铁皮石斛的栽培基质。...

A pot experiment was carried out to study the adaptability of Dendrobium officinale grown on different cultivation media including pure composed eucalyptus bark and mixtures of eucalyptus bark, perlite and peat at different ratios. The results showed that composed eucalyptus bark had better growth effect than the air dried barks. Eucalyptus bark composed by the chemical and biological combination method had better results than other composing treatments.
