加工番茄马铃薯Y病毒一步法RT—PCR检测及CP基因的克隆与序列分析
本文通过一步法RT-PCR技术,检测新疆加工番茄马铃薯Y病毒(Potato virus Y,PVY)感染率。结果表明,新疆加工番茄马铃薯Y病毒感染率为25%。选取10个样品利用RT-PCR技术,克隆CP基因,获得807bp全长CP基因,编码268个氨基酸。CP基因序列比对分析与系统进化树分析表明,侵染新疆加工番茄的马铃薯Y病毒属于PVY^N:O株系。...

Notes | Potato virus Y; Processing tomato; One-step RT-PCR; CP gene The study analyzes potato virus Y prevalence of infection in processing tomato in Xinjiang by the one-step reverse transcription-pol- ymerase chain reaction( RT-PCR), the result showed that 25 % processing tomato could be infected with PVY. The CP gene included 807bp, and could encode a protein with 268 amino acids. CP gene of PVY strain were analyzed with informatics tools, and the molecular variation characters among different PVY strains were proved up.
