应用离体叶片法鉴定菠萝资源心腐病抗性

心腐病是对菠萝造成严重危害的病害之一,是由烟草疫霉(phytophthora nicotianae)引起的土传病害,较难防治.为筛选出可在生产或育种中利用的抗病材料,采用离体叶片法鉴定了117份菠萝材料对心腐病的抗性.结果显示:不同菠萝材料之间的抗性差异较大,鉴定出高抗材料38份、抗病材料24份、中抗材料17份、感病材料38份,分别占供试材料的32.48%、20.51%、14.53%和32.48%,这表明现有菠萝材料中有丰富的抗心腐病资源,可供菠萝育种应用....

pineapple resource; phytophthora heart rot; resistance identification
Phytophthora heart rot is one of the most serious diseases in pineapple, is a kind of soil borne disease caused by Phytophthora nicotianae and hard to control. To obtain some materials resistant to P. nicotianae in the pineapple production and breeding, the resistance of 117 pineapple materials to P. nicotianae was identified by in vitro leaf method. The results showed that the resistance to P. nicotianae of different pineapple materials varied widely. There were 38 kinds of highly resistant, 24 kinds of resistant resource, 17 kinds of middle resistant and 38 kinds of susceptible resource, which occupied 32.48%, 20.51%, 14.53% and 32.48%, respectively. All these results showed that there were plenty of anti- disease sources in recent pineapple resources, and they could be applied in pineapple breeding for resistance to phytophthora heart rot.
