植物二酰甘油酰基转移酶及其编码基因研究进展

| Bibliography: | 44-1267/S Triacylglycerol (TAG) is the main storage lipid in plants, Diacylglycerol acyhransferases (DGATs) catalyze the final step of TAG biosynthesis by transferring an acyl group from fatty acyl-CoA to the diacylglycerol backbone. Thus, DGATs are thought to be the most critical rate-limiting enzymes in TAG biosynthesis. In this paper, the latest research advances in the classifications and structures of DGATs and the coding genes as well as their functions and applications in TAG biosynthesis were reviewed, which could be helpful for improving the quality and quantity of plant storage lipids such as seed oils by genetic manipulations.
