酞酸酯污染胁迫对2个水稻品种生长和生理特性的影响

通过室内盆栽模拟方法,研究不同基因型水稻品种(天优428、天优998)对酞酸酯胁迫的响应,为酞酸酯污染农田的水稻栽培提供依据。结果表明,酞酸酯对两种水稻生长前期的株高有增效作用,在开花期和成熟期对两个水稻品种株高的影响略有不同,天优998的株高随着PAEs浓度的增高有所增加;酞酸酯处理后水稻的分蘖数、有效穗数减少,产量显著降低。同时酞酸酯处理对水稻的光合速率、蒸腾速率、MDA含量和可溶性糖含量等有一定的影响。综合所得结果,天优998较适于在酞酸酯污染农田中种植。...

The effect of growth and physiological characteristeics of two kinds of rice (Tianyou 428, Tianyou 998) grown in phthalate esters (PAEs) eolataminated soil was studied under laboratory simulation testing in order to provide the basis for the rice cultivation. The results showed that PAEs in soil had a synergistic effect on rice height in the early stage. However, the impacts of PAEs on rice height in the later stage had some differences between Tianyou 428 and Tianyou 998. For Tianyou 998, the rice height increased as the PAEs concentration increased. The rice tiller number and the rice effective panicles reduced, and finally the rice in the husk decreased significantly among treatments. Meanwhile, PAEs added in soil had certain effect on photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, MDA content and soluble carbohydrate content. The results indicate that Tianyou 998 was more suitable for planting in the PAEs pollution farmland.
