广西斑茅遗传多样性的SCoT标记分析

利用SCoT分子标记技术对采自广西的50份斑茅无性系进行遗传多样性分析,从46条引物中筛选出扩增结果稳定、条带清晰和有多态性的引物15条,扩增位点336个,其中多态性位点284个,多态性为83.93%,说明广西斑茅具有较丰富的遗传多样性.根据研究结果进行聚类分析,在相似系数0.73的水平,可将50份斑茅无性系归为4大类;在相似系数0.76的水平,可将第Ⅳ类分成6种类型,同一地区的斑茅无性系基本聚在同一类,呈现出一定的地域性分布规律....

In this paper,we conducted genetic analysis of 50 Saccharum arundinaceum germplasms by using SCoT markers.The results showed that 15 bands with 336 locus including 284 polymorphic sites were amplified by using 16 pairs of polymorphic primers.Polymorphism was 83.93 % which indicated that S.arundinaceum gennplasma had abundant diversity in Guangxi.The UPGMA clustering analysis showed that 50 S.arundinaceum could be divided into four major groups on similarity coeffcient level of 0.73,and germplssma could be divided into six major groups on similarity coefficient level of 0.76.S.arundinaceum germplasms from the same region were basically clustered together,which presented regional distribution to some extent.
