长药野生稻导入系F2群体枝梗数的QTL分析

利用长药野生稻导入系T821B和籼稻保持系G46B构建的F2群体,对一次枝梗数(PBN)、二次枝梗数(SBN),二次枝梗数与一次枝梗数之比(二、一次枝梗数比,RSP)进行QTL分析。结果表明:在第3和6染色体上检测到2个控制一次枝梗数的QTL,在第4、6和7染色体上定位到3个与二次枝梗数相关的QTL,在第1、4、6、8、9和11染色体上发现7个影响制二、一次枝梗数比的QTL;第6染色体在水稻枝梗数的遗传控制上具重要作用。...

In this paper,three traits of branch number,including primary branch number(PBN),secondary branch number(SBN) and ratio of SBN to PBN(RSP) were analyzed by using an F2 population derived from a cross between G46B,an Indica rice(Oryza sativa),and T821B,an introgression line from Asian cultivated rice(Oryza sativa) and wild rice(Oryza longistaminata).The result showed that two quantitative trait loci(QTLs) affecting primary branch number(PBN)were detected on chromosomes 3 and 6.Three QTLs for secondary branch number(SBN) were found on chromosomes 4,6 and 7.Seven QTLs for ratio of PBN to SBN(RSP) were identified on chromosomes 1,4,6,8,9 and 11.The chromosome 6 would play an important role in affecting rice branch number.
