[Method]According to the operation scheme of Three Gorges Reservoir, in winter, the trees of Salix babylonica were submerged and waterlogged for 60 d or semi-emerged for 30 d in lab, then got out of water to re- cover for 30 d. The morphological characteristics, biomass and non-structural carbohydrate content of plants were analyzed in different treatments. [Result]The results showed that: (1) under submergence condition, no new leaves, branches and adventitious roots grew. After emergence, the quick re-growth occurred. After 30 d, there was no significant di |
