药用野生稻BIBAC文库构建过程中质粒提取方法改进
水稻的生产一直受到生物和非生物逆境等因素的影响,容易造成遗传基础单一,迫切需要拓宽现有栽培稻品种的遗传基础,引进不同来源的抗性和耐性基因.而野生稻是一个重要的有利基因库,充分利用野生稻的有利基因可拓宽现有栽培稻品种的遗传基础,有利于选育优良品种应用于生产或创造出特殊中间材料.但对于野生稻的利用目前仍存在许多困难,通过常规杂交途径一般难以实现.为了拓宽栽培稻的遗传基础,利用云南药用野生稻有利基因,通过构建BIBAC文库的策略挖掘云南药用野生稻有利基因用于栽培稻的改良.而高质量的载体制备在文库的构建中起非常重要的作用,是文库构建的一个关键因素.本研究对高质量BIBAC载体制备中的关键技术如提取、纯...

| Bibliography: | Rice production has been subjected to the influence of some biotic and abiotic factors,which is easy to cause the single genetic basis and therefore urgent to widen the genetic basis of current cultivated rice species and introduce different resistance and tolerance genes.Since wild rice is an important and useful gene pool,it is conducive to breed some fine varieties or create some special intermediate materials used in production by making use of the favorable genes in wild rice.But the use of wild rice still had many difficulties because of the obatacles of conventional hybridization approaches.In order to broaden the genetic basis of cultivated rice by utilization of Yunnan Offcinalis Wall,the BIBAC library of Yunnan Oryza officinalis Wall was constructed to use for cultivated rice improvement.And high quality of cartier preparation plays a very important role,and is a key factor in library construction.So,some key techniques such as extraction and purification in the carrier preparation of constructing h |
