Notes | 44-1267/S To explore the optimum extraction technology of total polyphenols (TP) in A thyrium Mult identatum (Doll.) Ching.with ultrasonic extraction method, the extraction efficiency of TP was used as evaluating indicators. The optimum extraction conditions were obtained according to the single factor and orthogonal test adsorption and desorption rate as evaluating indicators. The ratio between raw material and solvent, the concentration of ethanol, the extraction times, and the extraction temperaturetime were 1:30, 65%, 3 times and 45 min respectively at 75-80℃. The extraction efficiency of TP in Athyrium Mult identatum (Doll.)
