甘蔗健康组培苗后代主要农艺性状的田间表现研究
为了研究甘蔗健康种苗后代农艺性状的田间表现,以ROC22和桂糖35号脱毒健康种苗第1代种茎为试验材料,采用随机区组试验比较研究甘蔗健康第2至第3代新植及其宿根蔗的主要农艺性状的田间表现与其供体品种间的差异。结果表明:ROC22和桂糖35号脱毒处理的分蘖率、发株率和每667m2有效茎数均高于对照;但参试品种脱毒处理的茎径均小于对照,桂糖35号脱毒处理的茎径与对照的差异达到显著水平:两个参试品种脱毒处理的每667m2有效茎数、株高和每667m2产量与对照的差异没有达到显著水平。本研究表明:ROC22和桂糖35号茎尖脱毒后代主要农艺性状的田间表现并不优于对照。...
