基于灰色关联分析的输电网规划方案模糊综合评价
针对输电网规划方案模糊综合评价方法存在主观性大的问题,将灰色理论引入模糊综合评价中,运用灰色关联分析方法求解的灰色关联系数作为评价指标的隶属度,从而得出模糊评价矩阵;运用层次分析法与熵权法相结合的主客观综合赋权方法确定模糊权重向量;运用合成算子将所求评价矩阵和权重向量合成得模糊综合评价向量,进而对输电网规划方案进行评价。算例结果表明,两种方法结合,解决了隶属度函数的确定依靠评判者主观赋值的问题,具有一定实用价值。...
