电喷雾-傅立叶变换离子回旋共振质谱分析原油中的碱性氮化物

电喷雾电离源(ESI)可选择性地电离石油中的碱性氮化物,与具有超高质量分辨率和质量精度的傅立叶变换离子回旋共振质谱仪(FTICRMS)结合,可直接用于分析原油中的碱性氮化物而不需要预先分离。通过此方法考察了3种原油中碱性氮化物的类型分布和碳数分布,结果表明,原油中主要碱性氮化物为含N1,N2,NO,NS,NO2,NO3等杂原子的碱性氮化物,共检测到约100类不同缩合度的碱性氮化物,各类碱性氮化物的碳数分布范围为15~70。不同基属原油中的碱性氮化物在种类分布和碳数分布上存在一定的差异。...
