抛掷爆破-拉斗铲倒堆工艺台阶采掘带宽度优化

抛掷爆破与拉斗铲配合的倒堆工艺环节中,拉斗铲在抛掷爆破形成的爆堆上作业,采掘带宽度是维系爆破区域与设备作业的关键开采参数。抛掷爆破效果、工艺设备作业要求及多煤层开拓运输系统布置是影响采掘带宽度的重要因素,根据抛掷爆破与拉斗铲作业特征和配合模式,分析了抛掷爆破开采参数与拉斗铲作业参数的影响关系;分析了与有效抛掷率影响密切相关的台阶高宽比及炮孔排效应。以抛掷爆破与拉斗铲倒堆综合成本最小为目标,以工艺设备作业要求和开拓运输系统布置条件为约束,建立了抛掷爆破采掘带宽度优化的非线性数学规划模型。并采用该模型对黑岱沟露天煤矿抛掷爆破台阶采掘带宽度进行优化,确定其最佳采掘带宽度为67 m。...

Bibliography:In the stripping process of blast casting combined with dragline,the dragline working on the top of blast casting muckpile,the mining panel width is the key mining parameter to maintain the blasting area and equipment operations.Blast casting effect,dragline operation requirement and transportation system layout for multi-coal seams are important factors affecting the mining panel width.According to the characteristics and cooperation pattern of blast casting and dragline operation,the influence relationships between mining parameters of blast casting and dragline operating parameters were analyzed.The high-width ratio of working bench and row effects of blast hole,closely related to effective casting ratio,were analyzed.By taking the minimum composite cost of casting blast with dragline stripping operation as the goal,as well as dragline operation requirement and transportation system layout as constraints,the nonlinear mathematical programming model for optimizing mining panel width of blast casting bench w
