模块化多电平换流器型柔性直流系统的等效仿真方法比较

基于模块化多电平换流器(MMc)的柔性直流输电系统,其动态仿真分析面临着元件多、步长小、计算耗时极长的难题。比较了针对这一难题所提出的四种MMC等效仿真方法。通过比较四种等效方法与MMC详细电路仿真方法的仿真速度、对仿真步长的要求和不同稳定性侧面(低频振荡、短路故障、次同步振荡)的仿真精度,分析了四种等效方法各自的特点。分析结果为确定在不同分析目标和准确性要求下,应选择哪种等效仿真方法最合理提供了依据。同时该结果为进一步研究MMC型柔性直流输电系统的等效仿真方法奠定了基础。...

AbstractList TM71; Abstract:For modular multilevel converter (MMC) based high-voltage direct-current (HVDC) system, its dynamic simulation faces the problems of cumbersome construction, small simulation step and extremely time-consuming. Based on the review of the results of existing research, four equivalent models are proposed for accurate and accelerated simulation. The four types of equivalent models are investigated by comparative study. All equivalent models are compared with the original detailed MMC’s circuit model. Their key characteristics in simulation are examined. The key characteristics include the simulation speed, the required minimum simulation step and the accuracy for different stability studies (for instance, low-frequency oscillation, short-circuit fault and sub synchronous oscillation). The comparative study of different models provides a reference for selecting a reasonable equivalent model for different targets and requirements. And the results of this work lay a foundation for further improvement
