垂直矩形窄通道换热特性实验研究

本文以去离子水为工质进行实验,研究垂直矩形窄通道换热特性。采用单侧壁面加热,改变工质流动参数,分析沿流动方向的壁面温度分布特性和测温点处的局部换热系数。实验表明:以对流沸腾为主的阶段,换热系数随着质量流速的增加而增加,入口温度对于换热系数基本没有影响;当干度x〈0.1时,换热系数随着干度的增加而降低,当干度x〉0.1时,换热系数随着干度的增加而基本保持不变。以核态沸腾为主的阶段,换热系数随干度的增加而略微上升,随入口温度的升高而增加。...

Ionized water was used to investigate the heat transfer characteristics of vertical rectangular narrow channels experimentally. The distribution characteristics of wall-temperature and the local heat transfer coefficient were analyzed by using single-side heating and va- rious parameters of the working fluid. The experiment results show that the heat transfer coefficient is increased with the increase of the mass flow rate but the inlet temperature substantially has no effect on the heat transfer coefficient for convection boiling flow.
