配电网接纳电动汽车能力评估方法研究
规模化的电动汽车接入将对配电网的运行与规划产生显著影响,提出一种配电网接纳电动汽车能力的评估方法。采用蒙特卡洛模拟不同类型电动汽车的并网场景,建立负荷预测模型,根据配电网的拓扑结构及供电方式划分供电区域,结合电动汽车负荷的时空分布特性和配电网的供电区域进行分层负荷分配,计算系统总负荷,判断负荷过载情况。在此基础上利用三相潮流结果的概率模型,从节点电压偏移和网络功率损耗评估配电网运行情况。以IEEE123节点配电网为例进行了适应性评估,该评估方法可为配电网运行与规划设计提供分析手段。...

Abstract_FL | Large scale of electric vehicles (EVs) integration will have a significant impact on the operation and planning of distribution network, this paper presents an assessment methods of distribution network’s ability of admitting EVs. Based on scenarios of different types EVs integration, which are simulated by Monte Carlo stochastic methods, this paper describes a mathematical model of EVs load prediction. According to the distribution network topology and the mode of power supply, power supply region is divided. Considering the spatial and temporal characteristics of EV charging load and the power supply region, loads are distributed in a hierarchy pattern. Calculating network’s total load and judging whether the total load is overload. The probabilistic model based on the results of three-phase flow assesses the operation situation of distribution network from voltage excursions and network power loss. The IEEE 123 node radial distribution feeders is taken as an example for flexibility evaluation. This method is a powerful tool for distribution network operation and planning. |
