加速溶剂萃取技术提取海刀豆中总黄酮的工艺研究
运用加速溶剂萃取技术(accelerated solvent extraction,ASE),通过单因素试验和响应面分析法优化海刀豆(Canavalia maritima)中总黄酮的提取工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,选取萃取温度、萃取时间和甲醇体积分数3个因素为自变量,总黄酮提取率为响应值,采用Box-Behnken试验设计方法,研究各因素的显著性及其交互作用对总黄酮提取率的影响。利用Design Expert软件,建立了提取率与各因素的二次多项式数学模型,得到了海刀豆中总黄酮的最佳提取条件:萃取压力10.3 MPa,萃取温度130 ℃,萃取时间16 min,甲醇体积分数66%,循环次数2次,总...
