采用高效液相色谱法测定了18F-FDG注射液中氨基聚醚(K2.2.2)的含量,并对流动相、流速、检测波长进行了选择,确定检测条件为:V(50mmol/L乙酸铵)∶V(乙腈)=1∶1为流动相,流速为0.5mL/min,检测波长210nm,进样量为10μL。K2.2.2在1~50mg/L浓度范围内线性良好,线性回归方程:y=265 939.4x+7 490.7,相关系数γ=0.999,回收率为96.0%~100.3%,精密度小于3.5%。本方法回收率较高,精密度较小,样品用量少,可用于18F-FDG注射液中微量K2.2.2的测定。...

Notes | 11-2566/TL 18 F-FDG injection; Kryptofix2.2.2; high performance liquid chromatography A high-performance liquid chromatograph method was used to quantify Krypto- fix2.2.2 (K2.2.2)in the radiopharmaceutical of 18F-FDG(2-Deoxy-2-[18F] fluoro-D-glucose). A Waters C18 column ( XTerra RP18 150 mm×3. 9 mm,5 μm)was used as stationary phase, V(50 mmol/L ammonium acetate) : V(acetonitrile)=1 : 1 was used as mobile phase and the flow was 0.5 mL · min^-1, UV detection wavelength was performed at 210 nm. The calibration curve was established over the rang of 1-50 mg/L, the linear correlation co- efficient was 0. 999, and the recovery was in the rang of 96.0%-100.3%. The method was accurate and using less sample,and can be used for the quality control of K2.2.2 in 18F-FDG injection production.
