分布式抽水蓄能系统的运营策略及其效益评估
电网负荷峰谷差逐渐加大是电力系统面对的一个突出问题,抽水蓄能是解决此问题的一种很有效的手段。在新建大型抽水蓄能电站的同时,还可以根据不同地区的情况,利用当地现有的设备,构建分布式抽水蓄能系统。为此,针对由若干径流式小水电、电灌站和小型抽水蓄能电站组成的分布式抽水蓄能系统展开研究,并重点研究这种分布式抽水蓄能系统的构建与运营策略问题。利用现有的小水电、电灌站以及小型抽水蓄能电站分别组成合适的联营体,整个分布式抽水蓄能系统即为若干此类的联营体构建而成。针对不同类型的联营体分别制定合理的运营策略,在满足系统约束条件的前提下,使每个联营体的经济效益趋向最大化。算例结果表明,所提方法合理有效。...

Bibliography: | The difference between peak-time and valley-time of the power load is increasing, and it is a critical problem that the power system is facing. The pumped storage is an effective means to solve this problem. While building large pumped storage stations, existing equipment can be utilized, according to different situations, to construct the distributed pumped storage system. For this reason, this paper makes a research on the distributed pumped storage system consisting of several small hydropower stations, electric pumping stations and small pumped storage stations, especially on the construction and the operation strategy.
