Dans cet article un nouveau concept de lumiere est propose enfin de resoudre les deux problemes concernant la lumiere, a savoir l'invariance de la vitesse de la lumiere par rapport au mouvement de la source/observateur et la dualite onde/particule. Bien que l'invariance de la vitesse de la lumiere soit un fait bien verifie par l'experience et incorpore dans le deuxieme postulat de la theorie de relativite restreinte, elle n'est pas compatible avec notre experience sur la matiere en mouvement. Mais dans ce nouveau concept l'invariance de la vitesse de lumiere est une consequence naturelle qui ne va contre notre sens commune. Un autre avantage de cette approche est qu'elle permet de resoudre le probleme de la dualite onde/particule en offrant une image unique qui explique a la fois les resultats montrant les comportements des particules et des ondes.
